Vegetation Management

The EVARING is a device for use on runway lights and sign posts. It is a plate 26" in diameter, 2-1/2" in height in the center, tapering to 1/4" at the outer edge. Its primary purpose is for vegetation management around runway and taxiway lights in order to eliminate the need for spray herbicides or soil sterilizers.

Before the Evaring

• Constructed of 50% recycled tire rubber and 50% virgin rubber

• Eliminates labour of mowing and trimming around runway lights and sign posts

• Reduces erosion of the soil around the light fixture, which comes from wind, causing water to pool under the outdoor light fixture
